As the CYC team continues to work and develop this resource for your mind and wellbeing the live broadcast classes can now be booked through the Live Classes Timetable link in the menu with a 50% discount.

Simply login to your account. Head to the timetable and find a class you would like to attend and sign up!

The class details including the Zoom* link will be emailed to you and this can also be found by following the link in the menu. Account and then Your Classes.

*The Zoom App/Software will need to be installed on your device to attend a class.
